Blog October 2024 – Improvement measures for childcare
On Tuesday, October 1, the House of Representatives voted on the amendment of the Childcare Act and the Quality Decree on childcare agencies, childminders and childcare facilities. The vote was positive, which means that the bill has been adopted.
What will change?
Een gastouderbureau…
… beschikt over pedagogische expertise.
… geeft elke gastouder 3 uur coaching per jaar.
… benoemt de pedagogische doelen in het pedagogisch beleidsplan.
Een gastouder…
… volgt 7 uur per jaar scholing.
… heeft een pedagogisch werkplan.
… volgt de ontwikkeling van kinderen.
… is aangesloten bij maximaal 2 bureaus.
… kan voortaan wél kinderopvangtoeslag krijgen als ze haar eigen kinderen naar een gastouderopvang brengt.
… haar eigen kinderen tellen mee in de opvang tot een leeftijd van 8 jaar in plaats van 10.
Hoe dit er allemaal precies uit gaat zien en per wanneer het verplicht is, is allemaal nog niet duidelijk. Wordt vervolgd!
